Man, 77, denies deliberately exposing his testicles

A manager at the Twin Rivers Mobile Home Park accused a tenant of "deliberately" exposing his testicles to her during a meeting about back rent owed to the park, a recently released Martin County Sheriff's Office report states.

The manager on Tuesday told a deputy she met with the 77-year-old mobile home park resident about overdue bills and tried to work out a payment plan. Twin Rivers is in the 7700 block of Southeast Federal Highway in Hobe Sound, Florida.

"She stated that at that time his testicles and the tip of his penis were exposed through the bottom of his shorts.". The report doesn't specify the length of the man's shorts. The 36-year-old manager said she tried to ignore him and continue the meeting "when he placed his hand on his testicles and tucked them back in his shorts."

The reported back-rent-ower then extracted his genitals from the other side of his shorts, the woman told a deputy. The manager got upset and went back to her mobile home and notified the sheriff's office. When a deputy talked to the man, he said it was "retribution from the staff because he is behind on his rent." The man, who wasn't arrested, denied exposing himself. "I wear underwear, sir," he is quoted as telling the deputy.
