Tiger suit, soiled thongs and wedding dress among donations for Colombian flood victims

Volunteers of Colombia's Red Cross found a tiger outfit, stained thongs and a wedding dress among goods that were donated for victims of floods that have devastated large parts of the country.

"What use is a wedding dress for a flood victim?" a Red Cross volunteer rhetorically asked.



Apart from the wedding dress and tiger outfit, volunteers found gala dresses smelling of moth balls, soiled thongs and smelly underwear.

"It looks like people were using the campaign to get rid of their stuff," another volunteer said. The Red Cross is involved in the relief of the estimated 2.3 million victims of the floods.
