A dirty dog owner was caught petting his private parts while walking his poodle on the beach.
Mission Beach police are hunting a poodle owner after they received a complaint of a flasher on the beach at Wongaling Beach, Australia, near Webb Rd at about 5pm yesterday.
The victim stated that she was walking along the beach when she observed a male person exposing himself while walking a poodle in a harness at the time.
Police are seeking the assistance from members of the public to identify this man.
