Woman arrested for taking boy's urine

In this tough economy, some of the unemployed will apparently do anything to get a job. For one West Side woman, an attempt to get a clean urine sample backfired. Rosemary Warren-Morris, 51, was arrested on Saturday evening, after allegedly paying a 9-year-old family friend to provide her a urine sample for the job interview.

The 9-year-old boy was visiting a family member in the 2900 block of West Harrison Street when Warren-Morris, who lives next door, invited the boy into her home.

The boy knows the woman, and so he came over. But while there, she allegedly offered him a dollar to urinate into a cup and he complied. When he went back to his family and told his mother what happened, she became enraged and called police, who arrested Warren-Morris at 6:50 p.m.

Warren-Morris, 51, told officers she had a job interview and she needed "clear pee." She was charged with misdemeanor assault and is expected to appear in Misdemeanor Court (Br. 43), 3150 W. Flournoy St., on Nov. 17, according to police.
