A binman rapper has slammed Health Secretary Andrew Lansley in a video. The South Cambridgeshire MP has been targeted by rap artist MC NxtGen, aka Sean Donnelly.
The rapper from Loughborough, Leics, has put the controversial subject of NHS reforms into the lyrics of the slickly produced video.

The 22-year-old said he was inspired to write it about the MP after his family and friends voiced concerns about the future of the NHS. He said: "My family and friends are really worried about what’s happening to the NHS and I tried to put that into words."
"Andrew Lansley, greedy! Andrew Lansley, tosser!" runs the refrain, repeated throughout the song, over a sample taken from The House of the Rising Sun. "The NHS is not for sale, you grey-haired manky codger!"
